To keep things simple and because I provide a wide variety of services to both individuals and companies it would probably be easier to just have you contact me with your project and ideas. Depending on the project I would either charge by the hour or give you an estimate for the complete project excluding shipping and tax. I have set prices for portraits and caricatures but they vary depending on the amount of people in the illustration and complexity of the background if any. The consultation and estimate are free as well as the telephone call. I have a small set of rules that I adhere to when working with clients. This helps me get the project right the first time and guarantees that both of us gets exactly what is contracted for without any problems. Please read my terms below as you will be signing an agreement/ contract before any project is started. The contract will lay out all the particulars of the project for both parties. (Exceptions are charcoal portraits and b/w, color caricatures)

TERMS: After discussing your project in detail I will supply you with an estimate for the project. If agreed I will send you a client/artist contract which will contain all the details discussed prior, to which you will sign and send a copy back to me. At this point the project will begin with rough drafts (limited or to satisfaction agreed upon in the contract) of the desired illustration. When you agree that the rough drafts are to your liking I will send you an approval form or email which you will sign and send back giving me permission to begin the finished illustration/painting. If there are any changes made to the original drafts after I have started the finished art you will be charged my hourly rate of $55.00 per hour for any of those added changes. The project will be completed in the allotted time agreed upon in the contract and either digitally sent via email if size permitted or on CD, or the original shipped via carrier at your expense. EXCEPTIONS: Charcoal portraits and any caricatures are done from your photos and do not require any initial rough drafts or specific contracts. You send me photos with instructions and I send you back the portrait/caricature along with initial photos after payment. Any project listed above under a contracted price of $1000.00 must be paid in full upon inception; anything over $1000.00 requires 50% upon inception and the final 50% upon completion. I am available for any questions that you may have and will work with you through the entire project to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the finished art.
